Anyone involved in the processing, transmission, or storage of card data must comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been reviewed by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the highest level of certification available in the payment industry.

Shipping is done through GLS, and it usually takes 1-2 business days for delivery.

If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation where the product you have received doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for you, as long as you haven’t used the product for training. Trying the product on to check the fit is, of course, allowed.

To exchange the product, send it back in its original packaging along with a note indicating the desired size for exchange, your return address, and a phone number to the following address:
