Payment

TYR Denmark accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay Online.

Payment will only be withdrawn from your account once the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed upon or indicated in your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

TYR Denmark uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by external parties.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

TYR Denmark ships items using the following methods: GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel Shop

The shipping cost is calculated based on weight.

You can choose between “delivery without signature” or “delivery with signature”.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your location.

Right of Withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return policy for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed upon or indicated in your order.

The 14-day period starts from the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are at your own expense.

Notice of withdrawal must be communicated to us within 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after informing us of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal should be sent via email to kontakt@tyr-sportswear.dk. The message should clearly indicate your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Goods upon Return

You are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you can try the item on in the same way as if you were in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of decreased value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you may receive a smaller or no part of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to TYR Denmark to assess the condition of the goods.

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be reported to TYR Denmark within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed upon. Reasonable shipping costs will be refunded.

The right to complain is waived in cases of incorrect or unusual handling of the product.

TYR Denmark covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if sent as cash on delivery.
